PayOffDeals.com DOES NOT track user transaction directly because your transaction happens with Advertiser (i.e. Store/retailer).

But, before you are sent to the Advertiser, PayOff generates a unique ID which will be passed to the Advertiser, who later notifies PayOffDeals.com regarding transaction against that transaction ID.

For this purpose, we expose a designated API endpoint called "POSTBACK" which receives benefit status updates periodically from retailers and partners.

We use this information to update your benefits automatically.

Campaign is a high level group under which different marketing promotions takes place e.g. deal or coupon or an offer.

Each campaign will have specific targeted actions e.g. Sale, installation in case of an App or lead etc.,

If you don't find any relevant deals or offers, just look for that campaign in Campaigns page.

Verify user benefits to see if your intended action is eligible for benefit or click "Visit Store" and complete your transaction, if your action complies with campaign requirements then you'll receive benefits automatically depending on the campaign terms.

Yes, all offers are sharable. When someone makes a purchase through those shared offers, you'll receive benefits.

Yes, with PayOff you can create offers of your own and share those with your family, friends and across social media channels. Clicks and benefits for these offers follows the terms of the campaign for which you have created a custom offer.

Copy link to product/page from other website or app. Open PayOff, from the menu, goto stores and click on store/retailer/campaign for which you wish to create a custom offer, click on "Create link to a Page/Product" and fill the details.

A quick note, this functionality of creating cutom offers is called "DEEP LINKING" which is subject to respective campaign terms and conditions. PayOff tracks all those rules and will inform you if deeplinking is not allowed for any campaign.

NO, but in few cases it could be. Mostly offers we display are for your own convinience, it is not mandatory to use them to receive our benefit.

You can receive our benefits by simply going to a target store/retailer website/app through us and by performing an action that is inline with respective campaign terms.

When in doubt, just goto stores from menu and select store/retailer/campaign you wish to visit and click "Visit Store". Complete your transaction and if your transaction qualifies respective campaign terms, your benefits will be made available automatically. If you find any missing benefit, please notify us against respective click from your profile.

From the menu (top right corner on big screens or bottom menu on small screens), click on country and select country of choice.

PayOff adopts to selected region/country automatically i.e. data/offers will be shown that are available for the selected region/country and you can use them, benefits will be tracked and updated as per respective campaign terms.

Often stores that operates across multiple regions/countries creates campaigns that are applicable in those regions/countries. These offers within PayOff are grouped under "Global".

A global campaign is one that is valid across multiple countries/regions and it covers the region/country you are visiting PayOff from or the country selected.

When you fail to find offers for specific region, please switch to global to get access to these offers. You can find this information under "Available countries" on each campaign/store/retailer.

Every time someone clicks on an offer or a store and visits respective store/retailer may or may not result in to a valid sale/action.

Also, PayOff is a fully automated system, we don't specifically keep track on individual transactions. Any benefit update that PayOff receives from partners and stores will get updated in near real time without any manual intervention.

Because of this, we've created a process to notify us incase you find any benefit is missing.

Go to your profile, locate the click, click on "Notify" button, fill details and submit. We'll act on those missing requests on priority.

Note - A click and corresponding benefits will be present in your profile only if you are logged in when you were using it for making transaction through PayOff. So everytime you use PayOff please ensure that you are logged in.

In your profile, if there are any claimable benefits present, click on "CLAIM" button and provide details.

Please note, PayOff can not pay you automatically unless you create a claim request because we don't collect or store your financial information for security reasons. Everytime you create a claim request, you need to provide this information.
